High school students from Lope de Vega, San José-Niño Jesús and Torreánaz schools presented their STEAM project at the V Science Fair Festival of the University of Cantabria. The event was held at the UC Sport Centre on 4th April 2019 and was organised by the UCC+i. Students presented the following projects:
- ‘Una gota de vida’ in the Bachillerato category (San José-Niño Jesús School)
- ‘Experimentos básicos con imánes’ in the ESO Natural Science category (Lope de Vega School)
- Vertical Garden in the ESO Technology category (San José-Niño Jesús School)
- Plásticos y microplásticos en nuestras playas in the Bachillerato category (Torreánaz School)
- Construcción de un Planetario Escolar in the ESO Natural Science category (Lope de Vega School)
- Recuperación de relojes de sol en el Valle de Cayón in the ESO Humaties category (Lope de Vega School)
It should be noted that ‘Vertical Garden’, ‘Recuperación de relojes de sol en el Valle de Cayón’ and ‘Una gota de vida’ project were awared in their categories.
